HAWTHORNE, Los Angeles County — November 2026. Hawthorne held elections for council and city treasurer, and both offices have provisional candidate rankings.
Initial official-sourced figures
For the City Council, Alexandre Monteiro has 7,762 candidate selections (37.49%), Katrina Manning 7,133 (34.45%) and Sergio Mortara 5,810 (28.06%). In a separate city treasurer contest, L. Patterson holds 9,083 votes (66.49%) to Raymond Vergara’s 4,577 (33.51%).
What the local result means
Council candidate selections in a multi-seat race must not be confused with individual voter turnout. Treasurer is a separate city office and elected on a different ballot contest. These results are not certified. Hawthorne also voted on city Measure O and school district Measure HH.
Can the outcome change?
Yes. These figures are from the NBC Los Angeles live county election-results table after the November 3 vote. The page may refresh its data without showing the timestamp for each individual contest. The figures are therefore labeled a provisional snapshot, not a newly independently confirmed November 5 county bulletin. The county’s official canvass continues, and the final outcome requires certification.
